- Political Innovation: From 1994 to 1996, he consulted on the Rex Early for Governor campaign, pioneering the first campaign website and an automated FAX broadcast system while managing all technology platforms, mailings, and database administration.
- Corporate Impact:
- 1996–1997: Rebuilt Microsoft compute systems for Conseco, a national insurance company, ensuring high uptime and seamless integration during a period of rapid acquisitions.
- 1997–1999: Rebuilt and managed a large SQL database for Simon Property Group, while also developing a commercial data center and credit card processing system for internal units like Clixnmortor and Merchant Wired.
- Software Solutions:
- 2002: Created a helpdesk and change management platform, still in use today, showcasing his ability to design enduring enterprise tools.
- 2010: Developed a Governance/Risk/Compliance/Auditing (GRCA) application, ensuring real-time compliance and audit success across enterprises.
